Everdeal seamlessly connects every department involved in closing a car deal, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

Here’s how it works:

Sales:

The journey starts with Sales signing the car deal. Everdeal instantly updates the status and notifies Finance to begin the approval process.

Finance:

Finance works on securing approval, maintaining real-time communication with Sales. Once approved, Finance or Sales Managers book the necessary work into the Shop to prepare the vehicle for delivery.

Shop:

The Shop receives the work order and starts preparing the vehicle, from cleaning to maintenance. Progress updates are sent back to Finance and Sales, ensuring everyone stays informed. Once ready, Finance schedules the delivery.

Delivery & Due Bill Management:

Finance arranges the delivery, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer. If any work is still outstanding, Everdeal generates a Due Bill, which acts as a receipt for the Shop to follow up on pre-paid work.

Accounting:

The completed deal is compiled and handed off to Accounting. Accounting audits the deal, checks for discrepancies, and reports any issues back to Sales and Finance. Once verified, the deal is posted to the accounting ledger and securely filed away.

Management Oversight:

Management has a high-level view of the entire workflow through Everdeal’s dashboard. Real-time status updates and departmental notes ensure accountability and productivity. Managers can track every stage, hold departments accountable, and ensure no detail is overlooked.
